Delivery Information

When will my item arrive?

We continue to experience high demand for our online service. As a result, processing of orders may take longer than usual. Our team continue to work extremely hard to process orders and replenish stock as fast as possible, whilst working within the guidelines of social distancing.  We try our best to process orders Mon-Fri before 1pm same day after 1pm next day.  We appreciate your patience at this time.

Which carrier do you use?

All our products are shipped via Royal Mail and at the point of checkout you will be able to select a service that suits you, including express delivery if you just can’t wait!

Will my delivery be affected by Coronavirus?

During these unprecedented times, Royal Mail continue to work hard to collect, process and deliver the UK’s mail. However, despite their best endeavours, it’s likely some areas of the country will experience some level of disruption due to Coronavirus-related absences at local mail centres or delivery offices.

Please Note update from Royal Mail due to the current coronavirus situation, we’ve made the following changes:

Special Delivery Guaranteed by 1pm

Royal Mail will no longer guarantee deliveries by 1.00pm the next working day for items posted from Tuesday 31 March 2020 onwards. From this date we will instead guarantee deliveries by 9.00pm. As a result, we will not consider a claim for delay or consequential loss as a result of delay for items posted using the Special Delivery Guaranteed by 1.00pm service that are delivered between 1.00pm and 9.00pm, from that date.

Do you deliver internationally?

Yes, we use Royal Mail for all our deliveries who work with airline and postal/courier partners across the globe.

Coronavirus International delivery update

Royal Mail warn that delays should be expected. Many countries have implemented special measure to combat the spread of Coronavirus COVID-19, especially for signature service to maintain social distancing.

The number of countries that they can access is changing daily. Most major export routes remain open, and we continue to accept and process mail, although customers may experience varying levels of delay.

There are significant delays to a number of countries right now due to a lack of available transport links and suspension of certain country’s postal operations.  Royal Mail strongly advise not to send items to destinations listed as ‘On suspension’ below.
