What are your delivery times from placing an order?

We continue to experience high demand for our online service. As a result, processing of orders may take longer than usual. Our team continue to work extremely hard to process orders and replenish stock as fast as possible, whilst working within the guidelines of social distancing.  We try our best to process orders Mon-Fri before 1pm same day after 1pm next day.   We appreciate your patience at this time.

Personalised Jars – As these are made to order they can take an additional 48 hours to dispatch.  Please contact us if it’s urgent and we will do our best to dispatch quicker.

What couriers do you use?

All our products are shipped via Royal Mail or UPS  and at the point of checkout you will be able to select a service that suits you, including express delivery if you just can’t wait!

If your order is over £45 you will qualify for free delivery (within the mainland UK)

Should I order chocolate in hot weather?

In the summer months you would be ordering chocolate items at your own risk as we have no control over how cool they are kept in transit.

Do you ship globally?

We currently only ship to UK mainland.
